Britebound invests in solutions that help young people build career readiness, gain real-world exposure, develop key skills, and access pathways that lead to economic mobility. Our focus spans K–12 career exploration, postsecondary pathways, workforce development, and the social determinants of health that shape learner and earner success.

We invest from pre-seed through Series B for direct deals, and across early-stage, growth equity, and buyout funds. We invest through equity and typically prefer priced rounds, though we also use SAFEs and convertible notes when appropriate. Typical check sizes range from $500K–$4M for direct investments and $500K–$7M for funds.

Britebound launched the Strategic Impact Fund in 2022 as part of its transformation from a direct-service nonprofit into a national career readiness organization. The fund was created to invest in scalable innovations that complement Britebound’s research, policy, and programmatic work, expanding the organization’s ability to reach millions of young people on a path to a meaningful career.
