Highlights and Impact from Our Grantee Community

See how some of our grantee partners are expanding career-connected learning and opening doors for youth across the country.

Areas of Focus

We support high-quality programs that help young people find their career path.  This includes career exploration programs, work-based learning and other experiential learning activities, and programs that help young people navigate the diverse education and career paths available after high school.  We’re especially interested in programs serving young people who face systemic barriers to career readiness including rural youth, youth from low-income communities, Indigenous youth, youth with disabilities, youth involved in foster care or the justice system, youth of color, immigrant and multilingual learners, and LGBTQ+ youth.

Collaborative Projects

We know systemic change happens faster when we work together. That’s why we partner with national funders and networks to drive impact at scale. Through initiatives like Catalyze Challenge, the Pathways & Workforce Funders Collaborative, and StriveTogether, we align resources, share insights, and co-create solutions that expand career exploration and opportunity for every student.

Our Grantees

Our Grant Cycle Timeline

Britebound’s grant cycle is transparent, supportive, and centered on partnership. Each cycle begins with an open call for proposals, followed by a review period where applications are evaluated for alignment, impact, and readiness. Selected organizations move into a collaborative planning phase to refine goals and implementation. Funding is then distributed, and grantees receive ongoing relational support throughout the grant period. Each cycle concludes with shared learning, impact reflection, and preparation for future opportunities.

Tim Taylor

Co-Founder and President

"Employers increasingly cite durable skills as essential for success in an AI-driven workforce—and the gap between what's needed and what's taught continues to widen. We're grateful to ASA for their partnership and support in transforming the talent pipeline to help learners develop and demonstrate these skills, setting a national standard for the competencies that power opportunity, mobility, and success in the future of work."

Youth Participatory Grant Making Pilot

Britebound’s Youth Participatory Grantmaking pilot puts students in the driver’s seat. Teens help review and recommend grants, shaping which programs receive support. It’s one more way we make sure young people’s voices guide the decisions that affect their education and career opportunities.
